Skif couldn't be arsed to introduce himself to me either Aye, sorry Sal, I'll put it down to the fact that I wasn't sure of the protocol given that I have spoken to you briefly before, at Carshalton, and am famously awkward. Oh, and the fact it was difficult to pick those brief moments in the bar when you weren't eating face. Still, your boyf introduced himself to me and seems very nice. Frankly, I'd eat his face given half the chance so I don't blame you for being otherwise occupied. My last excuse is that I was waiting for Adrian to do the necessary. He has no manners that boy. Neither, clearly, do I. I do hope you will pardon my lack of social skills.

Nice to meet you as well Skif. Sending good vibes to you now. Awaiting the next round draw, then settling down for your match. Good vibes coming right back at you for tonight! Best of luck - from what I saw of your boys, they have the quality to do it.

Don't get excited if you see someone has commented, it's just a post saying it's been reported.

Those spammers love Bin Man 87 it appears. Still better than personal abuse. Although I'm sure that'll happen one day. I imagine I'll deserve it too.

I know what you mean as I have severe deficiencies in the arena of social skills... the only place it doesn't really show is where non-league football is concerned. But you should see me in a nightclub... *shudders* It was nice to meet you again, even if I'm not 100% sure which one you are. I have passed on your compliments to my Other Half...because I'm not 100% sure which one you are!

Well, when our paths cross again, as I'm sure they will, I shall proffer my hand in the gentlemanly manner. I was the one in the bar who asked you about the Sutton song sheet. Adam's the prettier one with the stubble, and Adrian, well, Adrian is famous. Internationally. Greatly regret the Hawks not mobbing up with everyone else - we just ran in out of teh rain and bivouaced down for the afternoon. Slaps on hands for us three aloof bast*rds. The world is our nightclub!

Nah, you were there and that's what counts. I know Adrian of course, and now I know who you are, too. Superb. The afternoon was not wasted after all!
