Since you last saw your team play? Mid December since I watched a Hucknall town game and it looks like Sat'days game will be off aswell. I had to go to the local last Friday to watch Forest beat the Baggies on sky, things have got that bad. Seriously, always had a soft spot for Forest and the game and result was great.

Since you last saw your team play? Do you really mean play, or does watching them run around aimlessly count too? In Tamworth's case, there is at least a couple of months difference between the two dates!

12th December at home vs Quorn. It finished 2-2.
We had an away game on the 15th December and haven't played since.
I can't imagine our game this Saturday will be on. Even if the snow thaws it will just leave the pitch waterlogged.

New Year's Day - 1-0 loss away to Hayes & Yeading. We've had two league, one Trophy, and one LSC match cancelled due to the weather.
Thanks to numerous volunteers today, it looks like our home match against erm, Mansfield (I think, I've lost track) will go ahead.

The last day of last season, when we turned over DJ's Hinckley United 3-1 at Marston Road.
With me working short time and Mrs Sultan out of a job since July last year (she just started a new one on Monday though on a reduced rate to her previous) then hard choices have had to be made. I couldn't just cut out the fags and the booze because i didn't do them anyway so savings had to be made elsewhere and giving up the footy for a while was the best option all round.
An interesting side-effect has been an improvement in the state of my marriage, too so it may be some time before Marston Road is graced with my presence again.

Bl00dy hell. You telling me that my marriage guidance counsellor was right, way back in 1996?! Spend time at home during weekends she said! I was playing twice a weekend at that point, mind! But still.....
