I was looking at my "signature" I'm a cyclist but I'm not on drugs. Well, actually I am. Painkillers for an arthritic hip, inhalers, nasal spray and tablets for hay fever. Veritable bloody chemists on legs me and I have the front to sign I'm not on drugs.

Are painkillers considered a performance enhancing drug these days? I find it interesting that cannabis is a banned substance in some sports; how can that be a performance enhancing drug? I'm currently on penicillin-type antibiotics for a suspected chest infection. Loads of fun at exam time

Antidepressants and beta-blockers for me. Guess that's a career in snooker out of the question. It's ok, I hate snooker.

Ooh, do Anti D's and beta blockers like each other over a long period of time?? How the hell do you stay awake?! Frankie dude - it could be worse. You COULD be Lance Armstrong. Face it mate. We believe you - he has more trouble convincing people.

I deliberately don't win the tour de France, so as not to draw attention to myself.

You are surprisingly good at not winning the Tour de France, Frankie. Well done.

Indeed. You can count upon my support as you strive not to win it again this year!

Good luck, Frankie. You're up against some stiff competition this year, as thousands upon thousands of others desperately fight one another not to win it.

***RACIST JOKE***
Did you hear about the Irishman who won the Tour de France?
He did a lap of honour.

That would be Sean Kelly. Don't recall him doing a lap of honour, though he was tough enough to probably have done one.

Have you read French Revolutions by Tim Moore, Frankie? I've just finished it. Great book.
