Eastbourne approves Indeed I do, and I had a lemon curd sandwich this very lunchtime. Wonderful stuff. Perfect, with soft-ish white bread, for a late night snack

I reckon Lemon Curd COULD be quite edible, but I've never had any which is. Far too sticky, glutinous, artificial and sweet to do anything except bruise the palate. The word itself is asking to be detested too, surely? Very Anglo-Saxon and crude/crud, reminiscent of cheese-making and French kitchens in the height of summer when they hold the annual "My goat makes stinkier fromage than yours" contest.
