Father, it has been 6 years since my last confession. I have done many things in my life that I have brought shame on the family. I have shouted at my kids, I have laid hands upon my pet dog, I have smite thy neighbour, I have bought goods from Lidl and bragged about the price/quality to friends and I have made hand gestures to motorists who hath cut me up on the A217. But today Father, I have commited the ultimate sin and I seek forgiveness. It is with a heavy heart that I come to you to admit that I have..............
......................been watching Big Brother!

Take thirty lashes and seek professional psychiatric treatment.
Ok, I'm not a proper father. Infact I'm not a father at all. I'm no one's father so forget the demands for pocket money.
Sorry, I haven't introduced myself, I'm some idiot from Tamworth that lives in Basingstoke that binge posts on here once in a while. Hello.
Second apology for misreading your username and thinking you were from Yorkshire. I read it as eeh, well done.
Aah, late night drunken ramblings. It's been a while...

I believe the appropriate scripture for this is Mark 9:47
'And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell'
You know what your penance is...

Nice to see that you think Colston Avenue could be equated with the Kingdom of God - what d'ya mean you didn't mean that

I would suggest that it's the nicest thing that Amber has ever uttered about Coldsore Avenue..
Whether intentional or not :-)

Hee hee, no, but if you want to interpret it that way, it's fine by me. I meant that you were suggesting it as a penance! And it doesn't seem so nice when you consider what my views of God are -I'm an atheist, but won't go into further details on a forum where I might offend people

The Black Jug in Horsham has a sign above the bar:
"Big Brother is not a valid form of entertainment and discussions are prohibited."

Been there myself. Nice little pub. Think it was pre-big brother sign though.
