Are you any good at wrapping pressies? In spite of being a mechanical engineer of over 30years experience, have I gaffered the art of wrapping shiny paper around a rectangular box......................................NO.  I was wrapping some of Mrs GTH's last night and could I do it no I bl**dy well couldn't. It looked like I'd rescued it out of a skip and I had to hide my bodged up sellotaping with a bow as big as a Chrysanthemum.  I put most of the others in bags. ;D |

I'm OK at it, but at Christmas I usually sabotage this by getting absolutely trollied on Christmas Eve, remembering on the way home that I haven't wrapped the presents yet, and waking up Christmas morning to discover a pile of mangled, sticky, sellotape covered crap!
My other half is a master of the art. All his pressies look like they've been done by John Lewis!

I don't consider myself to be good at wrapping presents although other people tell me I'm quite good at it. I just throw lots of ribbon and bows at it! It seems to cover a multitude of sins. ;D

I have but one left to do Unfortunately, it is the biggest. It is for the other half, and it is almost as big as I am. If I curled up, I could nearly fit inside the box. Not entirely sure how I'm going to do it! |
