Been to both of the Bilston pubs - they're excellent! (My brother lives in Wolverhampton, hence my occasional presence in the area!) You should tell me when you are in the area next then, I could show you some REAL Tinpottery with an excellent pub thrown in for free! I've had a change of venue this afternoon, I'm going for FA Cup action at Tipton Vs Buxton with a trip to Mad O'Rourke's Pie Factory for afters. The beer is decent enough but the food is spectacular and cheap! The mixed grill is served to you on a shovel!

It's true though- the more tinpot the team the better the food! NEVER eat a burger at a League ground. NEVER. And still less chips.
I can still sometimes taste the pie I had at Bristol City in 2004...

I am absolutely stuffed! What a feed. If you're ever in Tipton (although I can't for one minute think of a reason why you would be!) then I recommend Mad O'Rourke's Pie Factory 100%.
Half a pig and a whole cow's backside washed down with a gallon of Batham's Best.....oh yes!

But what about ojiveojive? What are you going to feel him? If you mean feed him then they do a very good vegetable curry pie amongst other strange non-meaty things.

Yes all right, I did mean feed! I seem to remember some of that pie being chucked at some one Amber Sal? Or was that someone Else's? Probably was mine. It took me literally three days to eat it. When I got home, it went in the freezer and was brought out and served with baked beans the next day. Half of it was inedible, so waited until the next day. I should explain that I'd had no money for food shopping for several weeks and hadn't had a square meal for 9 days
