excitement! IIIIIIIIIIII'm dreaming of a nice cup run, Just like the ones we used to have! Where Sutton kits glisten... And children listen... To hear Sutton in the draw. IIIIIIIIIIII'm dreaming of a nice cup run, With every tinpot side we smite! May our days be merry and bright. And may all our cup runs be live on BBC! IIIIIIIIIIII'm dreaming of a nice cup run, With every tinpot side we smite! May our days be merry and bright. And may all our cup runs be live on BBC! ;D genius innit

What a bummer!!!!!!! That means I've got to wait for 'Ucknall to draw Sutton in the trophy for a chance to meet Ambersal.

During the first seven seasons that I followed Sutton we were in the first round proper (at least) every season. It's now been eleven seasons since we were in the first round. Things started to go wrong when Sal began coming to watch Sutton. Not that I'm blaming her. (I wouldn't dare! )

As if my attendance could make eleven years' worth of different Sutton sides lose only certain matches!
You do have a point though- the last time we were in the first round was my first ever match...and we've never got there since.

At least you've seen something. I don't think there are many Sutto fans who during their first five years of regular attendance saw a relegation and a solitary Surrey Cup win. Whoop de f**k**g do

I can beat that, in my first year following Telford I witnessed a bankruptcy. 2nd year made up for it though with a promotion, 3rd accomplised very little really. I have high hopes for the 4th though.

During my second season as a Hayes fan we finished 3rd in the Nationwide Conference.

You are, it's essentially the same as being a Sutton fan but we lose the n on eleventy leap year Mondays.
