I saw on the news last night that MJ's doctor is being put on trial but should he?
Jackson had plenty of doctors over the years and they all gave him drugs of some sort so should all of the doctors who treated him be charged with Manslaughter because in a way they have caused the death of MJ. Are the Jackson family looking for someone to blame and get publicity out of it all. Should his death go down as self inflicted the amount of drugs he was taking.
What are your thoughts?

Well, speaking as a "Michael" myself, i think that anyone who spells it "Micheal" should be put on trial! My heart sank at the thought of having to spend more weeks attempting to avoid coverage of Jacko's dreary family Wouldn't attempt to comment knowledgebly about the case but the doctor didn't help himself on the day it happened. I remember hearing the tape of the emergency call that someone at the Jackson house made. The operator aked "Where's the doctor now?" The reply was "He's just run away."

Too late! A print screen of the original has already been e-mailed to my solicitors. LOL. But do you think the the doctor should be standing trial? He ran off but he was no doubt scared but to be honest I think he will get jailed because the jury will either be Jacko fans or believe everything they read in the paper.

It's very difficult to tell really, given that the media have their own agenda. However I feel that the doctor has abused his position (and been abused given the demands put upon him). He took the hippocratic oath and he broke that. Involuntary Manslaughter with a lowish sentence seems about right.

One thing for sure it will not be a fair trial. I would think unless you've lived under a rock on the moon for the last forty years everyone on the jury will have an opinion (one way or another) of MJ.
As for whether the Dr should be on trial, if there is enough evidence against him to warrant one, then yes he should. I then refer you to my statement above.

I think he isn't dead! The body was just a plastic mock up of him, a kind of madam tussauds dummy, It wouldn't have to be that well made as he was a bit stuck together. You will find him on some mexican ranch with Lady Diana and Elvis riding Shergar.
