Wednesday 5th May 7.45pm, Guildford City are playing their last HOME game of the season not at the Spectrum but at Woking's Kingfield Stadium. See you there if you can make it or phone a friend!!

Is Kingfield usable after the Dover hordes invaded the other night? I'm all for extending the footie season a little bit (although NOT ours) but I've got a very long day on Thursday, so there's no chance of a late night on Wednesday.

Why use Kingfield? No dis, but you'll rattle around like ye olde peas in an oil drum in that place! Does the Spectrum host cricket too or something?? ;D And Dover hordes! Visions of their faithful with cravats, stripey shirts, all waving baguettes as they rampage through the town... There was a touch of afters apparently. Not what we want to see but some of the locals got a little verbal when the visiting fans left the ground (too early by all accounts) So any damage was to Doverage, not to Kingfield.

I would come, but I live nowhere near Guildford nor Woking.

I'd come down but I'm going to Woking the following day (playing cricket for the old work team) and after 8 years working in that godforsaken hell hole, I can't face it twice in two days! If cricket looks like being cancelled, I might try and make the trek.
I second the query of why Kingfield??? I know the Speccy is a rubbish place for football but Kingfield isn't great either...
