Well it sounds like it to me - those bluddy vuvuzela's or whatever they're called. Are we going to have to put up with at every world cup match? Added to the the bloomin' awful commentary from ITV1 I wonder if I can get 5 live to synch with the TV?

I have been listening to Japanese-language commentary, which is much better. On the downside, I had to get up at 3am to watch the France game ;D

But i reckon your manager would be happy with them. After trying to get you to use a drum.When he started @ your place. Still not forgiven Dos for encouraging the use of a drum @ ours:(

Thanks to the vuvuzelas i had to be extra careful crossing the road in Zakynthos last week as the hum from the bars and restaurants showing the games was amazingly close to that of the local chicken-chaser mopeds.. However, i'm beginning to warm to the vuvuzela as i couldn't hear those bluddy annoying bands from England and Holland above the din... ;D
