A few years back it was most definitely Northend Thistle of the isle of Arran League, no wind for something like 18 years at the time. But they have since won a couple of games, although they lost on my visit to their ground (in the shadow of a distillery!) a couple of years back - 5-1 to Brodick.
So I now nominate Denso of the Mercian Regional Football League

This doesn't include a 34-0 Shropshire Cup defeat to Whitchurch Alport, a game for wich they turned up with only 8 players and the ref blew the whistle ten minutes early, stating that it was getting dark but probably to save them from further punishment - Denso gracefully allowed the result to stand.
I have, of course, been to see them, their own ground is right next to a factory and I've also seen them lose at Albrighton Juniors and Spalaig Brittannia.
