Giggy, Eastwood is just up the road from Hucknall thus, I take an extra bit of interest in their results. Certainly no fan of theirs though.
I read on a reputable web site there was trouble in the clubhouse after the game, hope this isn't true, can you throw any light on the alleged incident mi duck.

I didn't set foot in the clubhouse but when I walked past it seemed peaceful enough, I may have just missed it though.
Only trouble I have heard anything from was on the way out a group of about 20 chavs appeared out of nowhere, don't think they actually went to the game though. When they realised that more people were leaving the ground and the 10 Telford fans they were about to start a fight with was much closer to 100 they threw a firework and ran.
I don't think anyone from either set opf supporters was hurt or injured in that or anything which happened in the clubhouse luckily. The main casualty was our pride.
Overall it was something blown completely out of proportion, if there was anything it was a minor disagrement, got a bit heated but was quickly diffused. Not a patch on the 11 a-side boxing match on the grass.

Glad to hear that mate, I hate violence, and football violence is particularly pointless. Not too many mid-week games to clear a backlog for you this season then.

It's been revealed that both teams will be charged by the FA for failure to cntrol their players, can't say I'm surprised really as both sets of players should have known better. Seeing as it was the FA Trophy I'm assuming that it would be a monetary fine if the charge is successful.
