Do you take a lucky charm with you to a game or have a certain superstition? I always try and park in the same parking spot whenever I go to a home game and I believe my scarf brings us luck, I also had a vintage metal badge but I've lost it.

As a Stalebun, you should know all about Melissa the Giraffe who was kidnapped and subjected to horrible abuse by St Albans fans!

It was only jealousy, really. I trust the NSPCG was informed of this abuse.

;D Melissa was sent back in the end. I should clarify really, for I have more than one lucky mascot! Melissa the Giraffe (complete with hand-knitted Sutton scarf) goes to every single home game at Gander Green Lane. She likes to watch Sutton but does not actually make us win Alex the Duck goes to Away Games Only. She's seen many grounds (although she hasn't been going as long as me). She supports Sutton, of course, but is partial to a bit of Aylesbury United at times. Then there's Anthrax the Sheep, who goes to all home and away cup games alongside either Alex or Melissa depending on venues. None of the above work as lucky charms, but they do keep me company when I scare everyone else away There used to be one, though. Bjorn the bear. I left him on a train going to Basingstoke, but he was Alex's away games only predecessor and Sutton NEVER lost a single game he went to (although to be fair he was only in service for a few months!)

Do you take a lucky charm with you to a game or have a certain superstition? No. Nothing. The behind the goal crowd do have a perverse preference for standing behind a certain goal first half, based upon our relative success when playing in that direction for the first 45 minutes, but as a good friend of mine would tell you, there's no such thing as luck in football and that particular superstition relies an awful lot on Tom Jordan winning the toss then taking notice of us all waving like bug*ery at him ;D

I occasionally get into a habit of not washing my Sutton shirt if we start going on a run, i have absolutely no idea why i started it but i sort of have to now otherwise it grates away like silly superstitions always do.

Once last year at the cricket at lancashire I went to get a pint and missed worcs take a wicket, so I went down again the next round, same thing happened. When I went to the toilet not long after we took another. I was sent down by my mates for the third round of drinks, guess what, fourth wicket, I missed the fifth wicket in the same fashion, although I saw the third umpire give the OUT! decision on hte big screen. By this time a few Lancashire fans realised what was happening and refused to let me leave my seat In the second innings I refused to go downstairs to start off with, when the game stopped for drinks I went down and missed a bloody six

Oh, marvellous! I had a season where every time I was in the bar at half time and missed the 2nd half kick-off, Sutton had always scored by the time I came out! We were once 1-0 down at Woking and I deliberately overstayed in the bar at half time. Lo and behold, by the time I came out we'd equalised! I believe we even won that game, 2-1 I occasionally get into a habit of not washing my Sutton shirt if we start going on a run, i have absolutely no idea why i started it but i sort of have to now otherwise it grates away like silly superstitions always do. Oh, my goodness, you disgusting creature! Please wash it, good chap! I have to stand on the same terrace as you!

I have a multi coloured "magic" hat but, as it's fleece I tend not to wear it on warmer days. I did wear it at last seasons trophy final but it suffered catastrophic power failure during the penalty shoot out

Pyramid Portal regulars will probably know all about my lucky socks!
Sadly I think their magic is declining, mind you they are so full of holes I have to wear another pair underneath them, maybe that's the problem.
