Worcester City are to approach the FA with a proposal to play rugby union rules and play for 80 min only. This should eliminate 90 min goals against.

We let in stacks of goals in the last 5 mins last season. The good news is we've stopped doing so now. The bad news is we're likely to give one away in the first 5 mins this year

Don't claim to be an expert, but I gather that the conceding of 45th minute/90th minute goals is usually a sign that your players aren't fit enough. A lack of physical fitness tells most in the dying few minutes, and is also reflected in the concentration levels. Personally I'm usually exhausted just watching 94 minutes.... Especially our game last night against Eastleigh. WOW!!

I know it says I posted it on Thursday, but if you look at the time it was still what is known as Wednesday night, so it was "last night" actually!
