Skif! Welcome sir. I have got Storts, Worcester and WSM inked in as definite away jaunts. One remains wary of Essex as an entity and being a relatively irregular traveller to away games, I am not too likely to take on a trip which would be further from my new home than the old one! Essex and I are never likely to be friends. Bath twice, Maidenhead - other possibilities to be considered, as will be some Wboro away trips; as many are within a 20-mile radius. I am also becoming more cosmopolitan; this weekend, for example, offers footy on Saturday, a Pro40 cricket match on the Sunday and a steam fair on BH Monday! That's living!

All sounds very handsome m'chum. I'll be in Edinburgh for my annual Fringe jaunt.
Hoping my not being there will bring some good fortune to the Hawkmob at Champ Hill and at home to the 'stoke.
Although if that does happen, I guess I won't be allowed back (these omens are important of course), and I'm not keen on throwing the season ticket away just yet.
If I can partake in this FA Cup game thingy, I'll pick Kingsbury London Tigers (mainly as I saw their game on Sunday as well - I literally have nothing better to do with my time). Eton Manor looked much the stronger to start with, but the Tigers grew with confidence in front of a larger than usual crowd for them. I assume the two blokes singing pretty much non-stop behind the goal gave them some kind of lift n'all.
Not a bad little ground to watch football in, particularly in sunny weather.
I believe they now travel away to Concord Rangers in the Prelim Round. I imagine they'll lose that one though.

Pilkington won their replay against AFC Wulfrians 2-1 last night, and now visit Kidsgrove Athletic in the Preliminary Round.

The doughboys prevailed 2 - 0 last night. The goals don't tell the whole story, as apparently the performance was somewhat lacking; but, it's goals that count!! Next up; Croydon Athletic.

Rather lovely! Welcome, Skif D'oh! My replay was abandoned last night! Dratted floodlights. Meadow, don't worry about me I might have 'flu but then again it may just be a very bad cold. I have left my bed twice since Saturday other than to use the bathroom: once to watch Sutton play last night (well I can hardly miss it can I?) and once today to post one of the most important letters I've ever posted! I'm alive, which is the main thing.

Sorry I'm late, was on holiday last week. [glow=green,5,300]Runcorn Linnets 3[/glow]Rossington Main 2Try as i might I could not find a match report or any details other than the result, sorry. Runcorn Linnets however progress to the preliminary round following a 3-2 home win against fellow step 5 side Rossington Main, Rossington however playing in the North Counties East league rather than North West Counties. Runcorn will now travel away in the preliminary round for a tough visit to Unibond Divison 1 North side Curzon Ashton.
