Children, do gather round.
If you happen to be a) a Sutton fan, or b) not particularly bothered about what you do on Saturday 3 March, and fancy a bit of fun, then this one is for you.
Friday March 2 is my birthday, and also martello's birthday, as well as a whole bunch of other rather cool people. But we'll stick with us two for now.
The following day, Sutton are away at Cambridge City. This is a very fine place for the consumption of real ale, as well as other beverages one may or may not wish to imbibe for one's pleasure. In other words, a good place to get pissed ;D And these facilities I intend to make use of. In other words, we are going to get drunk. Lots of us. And several fine ales, presumably.
This event will involve many, many pubs; a fine football match and whatever we feel like doing afterwards ;D

Beer, Malx? Got one already dear, but thanks for the offer! Can't do that day, I'm afraid. We'll be Fishing for points at Champion Hill that day.  Shame. Some of us like Cambridge to visit. Some of us like beer. Some of us want to get a proper meet-up before we all briefly divorce ourselves in the summer....... But I think March 3rd is unlikely for us lot. Maybe a brief encounter near a London Terminus for us all in the later evening? (And no, I don't mean Carnforth, Lancs....  ) |
